Ahmed Mohammed a.k.a. "the Slaughter" Shabiha in back..Everyday, thousands of civilians who live in the Free Syria Army side of the city travel to the regime areas to work (or to seek employment). Dozens are shot by regime snipers while commuting to and from the government controlled areas of the city. Some do not return at all. Everyday, thousands of civilians walk over a makeshift bridge that was constructed over the canal as part of their daily commute to work, shop or sell goods in the government-controlled areas of the city where life still maintain a semblance of normality (despite daily shelling by members of the Free Syria Army). Dozens of women, children and men are shot each day by snipers holed up on the high ground of the buildings overlooking the rebel zones. Victims claim that they were shot by bullets that originated in areas under regime control.
