Mother Ines (at right in background), the Catholic nun who manages the "Casa Migrante", an immigrant shelter in Tecate, Baja California, Mexico, talks to a group of immigrants during dinner at her facility on February 7, 2013. This immigrant shelter houses and feeds thousands of immigrants every year. With a total capacity of 40 beds, male migrants can stay in the premises for a total of 4 nights before moving on. Places such as Casa Migrante are popular amongst immigrants and deportees making their way back into the United States. (Javier Manzano / For The Washington Post).
